Korea University (고려대학교) is a private research university located in Seoul, South Korea. The university was established in 1905, making it one of South Korea’s oldest private universities. The university offers programs in liberal arts, social sciences, business, journalism, and engineering across 81 departments. It maintains active engagement with foreign universities through academic frameworks, including joint programs with Chinese partners such as Fudan University through the CAMPUS Asia program. Hunyul Lee (이헌율),  a professor at the School of Media and Communication at Korea University, attended a symposium on China-South Korea media content exchange, organized by the Communication University of China, on January 10, 2026.
