Gofa Industrial College is a vocational training institution in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The college signed a cooperation memorandum with China’s Hunan Bio-Electromechanical Polytechnic College on February 5, 2026, frames as part of Xi Jinping’s signature Belt and Road Initiative.
