Propaganda Office of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee

The Propaganda Office of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is the functional department of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in charge of ideological work. The department’s main responsibilities include formulating and implementing tasks, policies and measures for propaganda work in the region in accordance with the deployment of the central government and the regional party committee, coordinating and guiding the work of all units of the regional propaganda and cultural system and the propaganda departments of the party committees at all levels in the region.

Confindustria

The General Confederation of Italian Industry (Confederazione Generale dell’Industria Italiana), commonly known as Confindustria, is Italy’s leading business federation representing small, medium, and large enterprises, founded in 1910. The association comprises 222 member organizations representing over 150,000 companies employing approximately 5.4 million people across Italy. As a private and autonomous chamber of commerce, Confindustria advocates for policies supporting Italian economic growth while providing services to its voluntary membership. The organization is a member of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and plays a significant role in shaping Italy’s business landscape and economic policy. 

China Greece Cultural Media Group

China Greece Cultural Media Group (中希文化傳媒集團) is a cross-platform media organization established in 2016 and based in Greece. The group operates China Greece Times (中希時報), a bilingual newspaper founded in 2005, and the web portal www.cgw.gr. Its platforms include WeChat accounts, mobile applications, video content, and international social media channels. As of 2023, Wang Peng (汪鹏), who also serves as the chairman of the Greece-China Alliance for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (希臘中國和平統一促進會), an organization linked to the United Front Work Department of the CCP — serves as editor-in-chief. Wang was a co-founder of the China Greece Times in 2005, three years after he arrived in Greece for studies. In a post to the official website of the United Front Work Department in October 2022, Wang praised the 20th National Congress of the CCP as “an extremely important meeting convened at a critical moment as we embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.” The meeting, he said, had concerned “the continuation and development of the Party and national endeavors, the future and destiny of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.” The organization has collaborated with a number of institutions, including the Chinese government-linked Athens China Cultural Center (雅典中国文化中心) and major Chinese enterprises on cultural events, exhibitions, and festivals promoting Chinese culture in Greece. The media group claims to serve as “a bridge” between Chinese and Greek communities and reaches Greek government, parliament, diplomatic institutions, and business leaders.

China Global Television Network (CGTN)

China Global Television Network or CGTN ( 中國環球電視網) is an international media organization launched on December 31, 2016, by the state-run China Central Television (CCTV), and with subsequent institutional restructuring in 2018 brought under the China Media Group (中央廣播電視總台), which operates under the CCP’s Central Propaganda Department. Headquartered in Beijing with production centers in Nairobi, Washington D.C., and London, CGTN serves as a key component of China’s efforts to expand its global media influence, part of what officials have described as building a “world-class” media presence to compete with Western outlets. The network operates multiple language channels, including English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and Russian, distributing content through television, online platforms, and social media to audiences in more than 160 countries and regions. CGTN also includes the video news agency Global Video News Agency (環球國際視訊通訊社). 

Italia News Online

Italia News Online is a digital magazine focused on public administration and business news in Italy. The publication targets professionals and entrepreneurs with daily updates on topics relevant to their work. Beyond its website and social media channels, Italia News Online distributes a weekly newsletter and a print magazine at public administration events. The platform describes itself as connecting businesses with government opportunities and providing insights for managers in both sectors.

Postimees

Postimees is Estonia’s oldest daily newspaper and the direct successor of Pärnu Postimees, founded in 1857. During Soviet occupation, the paper was published under the name Edasi (The Forward), but regained its original name in 1990 before Estonia’s full independence. The newspaper launched a Russian-language edition in 2005, which became online-only in 2016 and resumed as a weekly in March 2022. Postimees experienced significant upheaval in 2019, with two editors-in-chief appointed within months and over 30 journalists departing amid censorship scandals, as the paper shifted toward a more conservative editorial stance. 

Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies, and Social Communication of Angola

The Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies, and Social Communication of Angola was formally established through Presidential Decree No. 16/18 on January 25, 2018, as the entity responsible for policy and strategy in telecommunications and information technologies in Angola. The ministry works through the regulatory body, INACOM, established in 1999, to grant licenses, mediate disputes, and protect consumers.

Guilin Beibei Te Electronic Audio-Video Publishing House

The Guilin Beibei Te Electronic Audio-Video Publishing House (桂林貝貝特電子音像出版社有限責任公司) was established in June 2005 in Guilin, Guangxi, with Lai Zhiwen (賴志文) serving as its legal representative. The company specializes in electronic and audio-visual publishing, including electronic publications, online publishing, and audio-visual production services.  The publishing house is wholly owned by Guangxi Normal University Press Group, a state-owned publisher that has received commendations from the Central Propaganda Department and says it “adheres to the correct political direction” and “effectively puts social benefits in the first place.”

Zhejiang Normal University

The Zhejiang Normal University (浙江師範大學), or ZJNU, is a comprehensive higher education institution located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Established in 1956, the university offers programs across education, humanities, sciences, and engineering, with particular strength in teacher education. ZJNU claims to have established cooperative relationships with over 280 institutions in more than 50 countries globally. Liu Hongwu (刘鸿武), the Dean of the Institute of African Studies, attended the  “Global South Media and Think Tank High-End Forum China-Africa Partners Conference” event, which took place on November 13, 2024.
