According to state media reports, university officials have described the center’s mission as “reshaping the global public opinion ecology” (重塑全球輿論生態) and “accelerating the construction of China’s discourse and narrative system” (加快構建中國話語和中國敘事體系) — goals that directly reflect Party-state policy on media and global communication.
